What is SKHM
SKHM is a sacred healing art rooted in the ancient temples of Egypt, where it was once used to balance energy through the highest frequency of love. It reconnects us with the divine source – often called the Origin – and restores harmony across all levels of our being: physical, emotional, mental, astral, and spiritual.
SKHM (pronounced “Sekhem”) is a Khemitic word meaning “power” or “spiritual strength.” It channels a universal energy of unconditional love that clears energetic blockages, activates inner light, and helps us remember the truth of who we are. It is not just a healing modality but a spiritual reconnection – one that opens a vertical and horizontal alignment between the human self, the Earth, and the divine cosmos.
What to expect
A SKHM healing session is a sacred space for deep restoration, emotional release, and spiritual reconnection. Rooted in ancient Egyptian practices, it works through the frequency of unconditional love to clear blockages and realign your energy.
You'll begin with a brief conversation to set your intention. Then, lying down fully clothed, you’ll simply receive as the energy flows intuitively through your system. The session may include gentle stillness, deep energetic holding, and emotional clearing as needed.
Old emotions, patterns, or sensations may arise, this is part of the healing. As the energy clears, it fills your field with peace, clarity, and coherence. Aromatherapy, chakra work, or verbal reflection may be included to support integration.
Afterwards, you’ll feel grounded, lighter, and more connected to your inner self. Rest, hydration, and quiet integration are encouraged following the session.
