A Note Before We Begin
This work is offered in presence, with integrity, and with deep care for all who enter this space. These terms exist to protect that integrity — for you and for Christopher.
1. By Being Here
By booking a session, joining a journey, or purchasing any offering through In My Presence, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. The Nature of This Work
In My Presence offers energetic, spiritual, and creative healing practices — including energy presence sessions, sonic transmission, sacred space work, and the Cy:pher. These offerings are intended to complement your wellbeing, not replace professional medical or psychological care.
Nothing offered here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.
3. Your Responsibility
You arrive as a sovereign being, responsible for your own choices. Before engaging with any offering, please consult a qualified healthcare professional for any physical or mental health concerns. Trust your own discernment — and honour it.
4. Liability
By engaging with any In My Presence offering, you accept full responsibility for how you receive and integrate the work. Christopher holds the space. What you do with what arises is yours to navigate.
A liability waiver is required before your first session. Sessions cannot proceed without it.
5. Arriving in Presence
Please arrive on time — for yourself as much as anything else.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in session cancellation. The full session cost applies.
Not showing up without prior notice incurs the full session cost.
6. Rescheduling
To reschedule, 48 hours notice is required — by text or email.
Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs the full session cost, regardless of circumstance.
No refunds are offered under any circumstances once a session or journey has been booked.
7. Health & Safety
Please inform Christopher of any health changes or conditions before your session. This ensures the work can be held appropriately for where you are.

These terms are updated periodically. Questions are always welcome.
